This reservation is accepted subject to:

1. Apartment Availability
2. A 20% refundable deposit or full payment being processed.
3. Completion of payment is required at check-in or before check-in.
4. Completion of full payment must be received before apartment keys and access can be issued.
5. Check-out time is strictly 10am (unless otherwise arranged and notified by the property managers of Surfers Horizons)
6. All guests agree to adhere to the Body Corporate by-laws as well as Australian National Legislation.
7. Disruptive behaviour and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
8. We do not accept schoolies or bookings made for groups of under 25 year old's at any time.
9. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates for reservations booked within 12 months of booking date will be honoured.
