Hillhaven has the most spectacular ocean & night light views facing north as far as the eye can see to Surfers Paradise & Stradbroke Island with the Hinterland in the background.
Positioned at Burleigh Headland on a cul-de-sac & adjacent to the National Park, it affords a safe & tranquil enviroment without traffic noise. Scrub turkeys venture down to feed & the prolific bird life presents a feeling of proximity to nature, whilst enjoying the ocean & sandy beach at our doorstep. Balconies have picture postcard views of Surfers Paradise, the Hinterland & Panoramic views of the ocean.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our apartments please read our terms and conditions - our aim is for everyone to enjoy their stay with us

We require a credit card to be presented at check-in for security reasons, we accept American Express card although a 2% surcharge will apply upon taking deposit.
Christmas deposit is 1/3rd of booking with full payment 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable if bookings are cancelled 21 days before arrival in Low season & 28 days before arrival all Holiday & Christmas seasons [minus a $50 administration fee]

If cancellations are made within these periods & we successfully rebook the accommodation we will again refund your deposit minus the administration fee.

Deposits may be transferred to another booking provided cancellation is at least 28 days before arrival.

At all times we will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our web site, however, the confirmation of your booking is subject to room availability and a full deposit being processed.
Management reserve the right to not accept a particular booking at any time. You will be notified by email of confirmation of your booking or if there are any changes that may need to be made to your booking. If we do need to reject your booking we will always try to give you an alternative option.

Whilst staying in your apartment you are responsible for any breakages or damage caused by yourself or your guests and will be charged to your credit card.

All Body Corporate By Laws must be complied with during your stay.
