Please note our cancellation policy is a follows:

No refund and full amount owing if cancelled on on the day of arrival or in the case of a no show.
Low season - No cancellation fee if cancelled 8 days prior to arrival, only a $35 administration charge.
Two night cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.
High season - No cancellation fee if cancelled fee if cancelled 28 days prior to arrival only a $35
administration charge. Two night cancellation fee if cancelled 27 and 8 days prior to arrival.
No refund and full amount owing if cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.
