Booking and Occupancy Conditions
1. By booking these apartments, each guest and visitor acknowledges and agrees to abide by these conditions and by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager.
2. Charges must be paid by cash or credit card before occupancy commences unless prior arrangements are made.
3. Occupancy starts and ends on the dates shown and the guest (and visitors) are liable for any charges incurred for damage to or replacement of contents of apartment or owners corporation property.
4. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose and animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises.
5. Guests must only park in the designated areas.
6. Neither the Owners Corporation, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property that a guest or visitor may sustain while in the complex.
7. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
8. No refund will be given for early departure.
9. In the event of a NO SHOW booking, the full amount for the tariff will be charged to intending guest's credit card.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY: For off peak bookings, 30 days notice must be given and deposit (minus administration fee of 50%) will be refunded. For long weekend/holiday/shoulder and peak bookings, 60 clear days notice must be given for a refund of deposit (minus administration fee of 50%). If the apartment cannot be rented for the same time and for the same tariff, the difference in tariff received will be deducted from the cancelling guest's credit card. If the apartment cannot be rented at all, whole deposit will be kept. If less than the required notice is given for any booking, deposit will be kept.
11. After receiving a warning or the occupancy ends or is terminated, any guest who fails to comply must vacate the apartment . The manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and removal of guests property.
12. The management's description of the premises are made in good faith and no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted.
13. The guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
14. The management does not guarantee the booking of a specific apartment by any guest. For those who do book a specific type or location etc, every effort will be made to satisfy requests, but no guarantee if provided.
15. Guests are provided with starter amounts of tea, coffe, milk, bath soap, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher powder only. Further requirements for these items is the responsibility of the guest. For guests staying longer than 7 days, a change of linen is provided. Extra cleaning can be arranged with management for a fee.
