Full payment of booking will be debited from the credit card details provided by you, morning of day of arrival

SUNSHINE BEACH RESORT MOTEL HAS 24 HOUR CHECK-IN..PLEASE CONTACT RECEPTION FOR CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS IF ARRIVING AFTER 5.00PM.

Check-out: by 10am

Early Check-in or late check-out may be available and MUST be arranged with reception prior to arrival. (charges apply)

Guests checking in must be over 18 years of age, provide Photo ID and a Valid Credit Card for security of the room . If a valid credit card is not supplied, a cash bond up to $500 will be required.

(If your room is not left in a satisfactory condition, extra cleaning charges may apply. Charges will apply for missing items, damaged linen and fixtures.

All rooms are non-smoking, smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas ONLY.)

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
Low Season - FREE CANCELLATION up until the day prior to arrival.
*Easter/XMas Holiday period - the full amount of the booking will be charged unless we are notified 14 days prior to arrival.
NO SHOW POLICY - The Full cost of the Booking will be charged if you do not show up at the property for your proposed booking date.
