Payment Policy

A deposit equal to 20% of the tariff will be charged to your Credit Card at the time of booking. This will secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.



Cancellation Policy

Minimum 48hrs cancellation notice is required for full deposit refund. Cancellation under 48hrs notice will forfeit the deposit.


Spring Hill Centrepoint has a 'no party' policy. Guests ignoring this policy may be removed without refund.

All units are designated 'non-smoking'. Smoking is only permittted on the balconies.
