BEACH ON SIXTH | TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & OCCUPANCY

1. Credit Card details will be requested at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited): Telephone or Internet Charges, any breakages or damage incurred during your stay (common areas included), as well as any excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning, due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.
2. The Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner are liable for any damage or loss of property to the Guest during their stay.
3. Standard check-in time is 2:00pm. If you wish to guarantee your ability to check-in prior to 2:00pm you must confirm with Management prior to arrival as this is subject to availability.
4. Standard check-out time is 10:00am. If you wish to guarantee your ability to check-out later than 10:00am you must confirm with Management upon check-in as this is subject to availability and late check-out incurs a $20 per hourly fee.
5. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
6. Occupancy starts & finishes on the dates shown on your Guest Statement.
7. Tariffs allow up to four guests to occupy the apartment. Extra guests are charged at a rate of $35 per person per night of which linen and bath towels are provided. Fire Regulations require us to confirm the number of people staying in the apartment. No unknown additional persons can stay in the apartment overnight.
8. Valid photo identification is required at check-in. This ID will be copied and stored as a record for verification. Any personal information contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed of upon departure.
9. Guests must only park in the designated apartment parking bay.
10. Animals are NOT permitted in or around the apartment complex.
11. There is no refund offered for early departure.
12. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of the conditions.
13. If after receiving a warning from Management, failure to comply will result in immediate eviction.
14. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment.
15. Any cancellation and modification to accommodation bookings, outside of 30 days, prior to arrival date can be amended/cancelled free of charge. All cancellations and modifications to accommodation bookings, within 14 days and up to 24 hours, prior to arrival day will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's accommodation.
16. Rates include weekly service & linen change for stays over 7 nights.
17. Apartment allocations cannot be guaranteed, but Management will do their best to meet Guest requirements.
18. The By-laws, rules & regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with at all times.
19. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.
20. Mastercard & VISA are accepted. We do not facilitate American Express.
