Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $55.00. Two nights accommodation to be paid if cancelled Four to Seven days prior to arrival. Total Balance of accommodation to be paid if cancelled Three days or less prior to arrival. For Non arrival or a Portion of booked accommodation is cancelled after arrival the total cost of the accommodation has to be paid for. Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. The Booking is only confirmed subject to a $300.00 deposit being processed and Apartment availability.
