This three storey walk-up complex is so conveniently located with Main Beach, 5 MINUTES TO SEAWORLD, Surfers Paradise, the Marina Mirage Shops, Mariners Cove and the Main Beach cosmopolitan restaurant area & all within walking distance and Australia Fair Shopping Centre.

All apartments are fully self contained. You have the Master bedroom with a Queen Size bed & ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, a washing machine & dryer. You also have a full kitchen, so no need to eat out every meal. Communal BBQ Area, located right next to the Pool & Spa.

Booking Conditions:
Photo ID is required on Check in.
We require a credit card to be presented at check in for security reasons. The credit card owner musst be staying on-site. If you do not have a credit card a refundable bond of $500 will be required. We do not accept American Express or Diners cards

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days before arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. If you cancel your booking less than 21 days before arrival date all monies held will be forfeited.

Disclaimer
At all times we will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however the confirmation of your booking is subject to romm availability and a full deposit being processed.
Management reserve the right to not accept a particular booking at any time. You will be notified by email of confirmation of your booking and if there are any changes that may need to be made to your booking. If we do need to reject your booking request, we will always try to find you an alternative option.

Whilst staying in your Apartment you are responsible for any breakages or damage caused by yourself or your guests.
