Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations before 30 days attract no charge.
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date I reserve the right to charge an administration fee up to the value of one night of your booking.

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In all cancellation situations I am very understanding of personal circumstances so please contact me if you wish to cancel.

Changing your arrival date, or length of stay, is subject to availability and a cancellation fee may apply.

Please be advised that various cancellation policies may apply in different circumstances.
Peak periods attract a much stricter cancellation fee policy.

If a booking has been cancelled Parkshores is free to let that apartment to another guest and the client will have no claim.
