Terms and Conditions

A current credit card and identification will need to be sighted on arrival. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by the receipt of a deposit of $200.00, the tariff quoted will be honoured. The balance of the account is payable on check-in.

Peak Season bookings must be paid four weeks prior to arrival and non-refundable thereafter. All efforts will be made to place guests in a requested unit, sometimes circumstances beyond our control prevent this therefore an alternative unit will be allocated. Cancellation of extra bedding requires 24hrs notice or full payment will apply.

Easter, September school holidays, Christmas and New Year's are a minimum of 3 nights.

No arrivals or departures on Christmas Day or New Years.

Cancellation policy - In the event of the guest desiring to cancel, we must be given 30 days' notice (in writing) or more prior to date of arrival where a full refund shall be made less $75 admin fee. Less than 30 days or special event periods - there will be no refund unless the apartment is re-let for the same period as originally booked. Cancellations will attract a $75 fee. There is no refund for early departure.

Terms and Conditions on Specials - To receive specials, guests must quote the special, as seen at time of booking. Stays must be between specified date & times. Specials only available on any new bookings made. Any free nights must be taken as part of initial stay. Guests that already have a reservation for an upcoming stay will not be able to cancel their booking and re-book to take up special offers. Offer is not redeemable for cash, not valid in conjunction with any other offer and no further discounts or specials apply.

Extra charges will apply for additional guests - $10 per night under 2 years - no bed required
Porta Cots $15 per night
Portable bed $35 per night - over the age of 2 years.
