Terms and Conditions

Booking Conditions

A minimum deposit of $300 is required for each apartment booking.
Rates are in Australian Dollars and subject to change without notice.
Minimum night stays apply in some circumstances.

All efforts will be made to ensure the apartment booked is avialable on arrival. In some circimstances this may not be possible and the Waterford Prestige Apartments reserve the right to make changes to apartment allocations.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be provided for bookings cancelled 60 days or more prior to occupancy in high season or mid-season and 30 days at all other times. A booking and administration fee of $75 will apply to all cancellations where a refund is possible. Where a refund cannot be made and the apartment cannot be re-let, the full accommodation tariff will be payable as per the original booking.
