Terms & Conditions of Rental

" Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on your receipt, or letter of confirmation of booking. This excludes instances where your occupation has been mutually extended with the consent of management; or where occupation has been terminated by management.
" ALL bookings/accommodation supply are subject to guests providing a valid credit card or paying a security deposit as deemed appropriate by management; prior to or upon check in (in addition to the booking deposit)
" Pet Friendly, However conditions apply, please ask for these before booking as there are only two suitable Villa's that allow pets.
" ALL guests must park their motor vehicle/s in the designated car park area for your apartment, or as mutually agreed to by management.
" Your motor vehicle/s and all personal property remain your responsibility, and at your own risk. The management, the apartment owner/s, nor the Body Corporate are liable for any damage and/or loss of guests personal property which any guest may sustain while visiting the Grange Resort Villa's complex.
" A cancellation policy applies to ALL bookings made at the Grange Resort. There is no refund for early departure, unless mutually agreed to by the management.
" You and your guests are required to comply with the Rules & regulations of the Grange Resort Luxury Townhouse Villa's, as they are in place to ensure the safety and harmony of stay of all guests. Failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Rental will result in the termination of your stay.
" The By-Laws, rules and regulations of the complex, and any reasonable direction of the management must be complied with.
" The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
" The management retains the right to inspect any apartment at any given time with reasonable notice to the occupier, or at any time without notice if the management is of the sound belief that there has been a failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the complex.
" If your occupancy is terminated for any reason, you must vacate your apartment as fast as practically possible, leaving it in a satisfactory state, in the opinion of management. You will then be required to depart the complex is a quiet and orderly manner.
" The management is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and the removal of guest's property.
