Terms and Conditions

If you would like to make a reservation, a Deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm the booking. The deposit can be paid via Credit Card by phoning Reception on 07 5570 2466, emailing details or Direct deposit into our Bank account CBA BSB 064-000 Acc. No: 14242441 Please use your surname as Reference so we can match the deposit to your payment and apartment.

We do not accept American Express or Diners Cards.

Only the number of guests listed on the Confirmation booking slip, are to occupy the Apartments.

Credit Card Holder must be present to sign Credit Card slip upon arrival. Cr. Card Holders agree to settle all accounts, pay for and Damages, Breakages or Loss of Property from the apartment and for Loss or non return of Room Keys and Security Keys and pay all Phone calls.

Non Credit Card Holders are required to pay a Security Deposit of $300.00 either by Pre-Authorisation on Debit Cards (if the card has the facility) or by cash upon arrival. Cash Security deposits will be refunded upon departure, Pre-Authorisation Deposit within seven working days of departure, providing whomever actually occupies the accommodation and utilizes the services has settled all accounts and caused no damage, breakages or loss of property from the apartment and that the apartment has been left in the same clean and tidy condition as it was upon entering on arrival.

A refund on your deposit will only be issued less $30.00 administration fee if 31 days notice is given. No refunds will be given for an early departure once your stay has commenced.

Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.

This property does not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire schoolies period.
