Cox Property Solutions is a booking agency and endeavours to make the transaction between Owner and Guest as smooth as possible. During this process there are variable out of our control. It is vital to read through these terms and conditions to ensure you know your rights and obligations as a guest.
From here on out Cox Property Solutions will be referred to as "CPS"
Property Landlord will be referred to as "Owner"
Booking Party will be known as "Guest"
1.1 Agreement
Once confirmation of booking has been received CPS and Guest enter into a legally binding agreement.
1.2 An accomodation booking is not considered secure until all fees are paid in full. Full payment id required at time of booking
1.3 Guest agrees to respect the property and all CPS staff and contractors. The property is to be left in a tidy and undamaged state. Failure to do so may result in loss of security bond and may incur further charges
2.1 Cancellation
Cancellation by guest outside of 14 days will be full refunded in full except for exclusion dates. Check property details carefully before booking to see any exclusion dates.
2.2Cancellation outside of 10 days will be refunded 50% of booking.
2.3Cancellation inside 10 days will forfeit 100% of booking amount.*
Bookings may be transferred to another party in this instance unless otherwise stated on individual property.
2.4 In the instance a booking is cancelled by Owner a full refund all be given to the Guest.
NOTE * CPS advises that Guest's purchase booking insurance in case of booking cancellation to avoid loss of booking amount in the instance you need to cancel your booking.
3.1 Privacy
CPS will not devolve any personal information, including name, phone number, credit card details or address to any third party unless prior consent is given.
3.2 All credit card details are held for 7 days AFTER DEPARTURE date and are then destroyed.
Only CPS Licensee and allocated staff have access to this information.

1.1 CPS will keep all details as confidential and will not pass personal or payment information to any 3rd party without prior consent of the Guest
1.2 Full payment is required at time of booking. A booking is not secure until all fees are paid in full.
A deposit may be taken if prior arrangements are made with CPS and confirmed in writing. Your request for deposit at time of booking or partial payment may be rejected without explanation.
