Cancellation Policy:
Low Season, Notice of 14 days or more prior must be given in order to receive any refund,
Christmas holidays & Peak Season, No refund is available unless all nights are re-sold & an Administration fee of $50 would be charged.
Low season full payment to be paid 14 days before prior to arrival. Christmas holidays and Peak season full payment must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit of $500 must be paid for Mid & Peak season holidays.
Deposit of $300 is the minimum deposit for low Season.
Length of stay cannot be shortened on arrival without forfeiting payment.
All guests must be over the age of 18, unless with parent or guardian or otherwise approved by management. Identification & credit card must be presented to reception at time of check in. Debit Cards not accepted as security.
