Boreen Point is an unspoilt lakeside village on the beautiful Lake Cootharaba on the coast and only 20 mins from Noosa. With over 22 holiday houses to choose from, there is a house for most situations be it a small rustic beach shack to a lovely executive style house with all mod cons, for single or romantic getaways, to a holiday house accommodatiing 2 or more families. The lake is the perfect getaway for all your water sports, fishing, swimming, boating, wind surfing and sailing. Surrounded by National Park, there are many lovely walks and cycle ways and Noosa shopping only a short drive away. All houses are within Boreen Point village and many are opposite the water or waterfront, and all are within an easy walk to the lake. The houses come fully self contained & equipped including blankets, pillows and doonas and all kitchen items and utensils. Guests must provide sheets and towels where indicated. Linen can also be hired for your arrival. Many houses have BBQ's and some are pet friendly.

Terms and Conditions


BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Guest accommodation is for residential purposes only. The premises are let to accommodate only the number of people specified in the booking for the period specified. Extra charges will apply for overloading.
Functions and parties are strictly prohibited. Any type of function or party will incur a minimum function fee of $300. This fee is non-negotiable and will be debited to your nominated credit card. You are expected to care for the premises and respect neighbours at all time.
Every endeavour will be made to present the properties as advertised. No responsibility for misleading descriptions can be accepted. No refunds or claims for compensation will be considered after 24 hours of entry. No responsibility is accepted for errors and omissions contained on this website or holiday brochure.
We can not be held responsible for the decisions of any Owners of the houses which could affect this booking (eg sale of property) or any other unforeseen event (eg. storm damage). In this event every effort will be made to find alternative accommodation. Where a booking must be cancelled under these circumstances a full refund will be given prior to arrival.
Every effort will be made to have houses ready for your arrival. However we cannot be responsible for delays. No refunds will apply in this situation.
Deposits are accepted on the basis that the rental fee quoted may be altered, increased or the booking cancelled. Any increase in rates will apply unless full payment has been received.
Pets, if allowed, must be keep outside at all times. No pets under any circumstances are allowed inside the houses. If pets are found to be inside the houses a penalty of $300 will apply and will be charged to your nominated credit card.
A deposit of not less than 30% is required to secure the booking. Temporary bookings will be held for 10 days during low season and 3 days for high and shoulder seasons.
Balance is payable on arrival or will be charged to your nominated credit card during your stay. Any cards not approved when payment is processed will attract a $20 surcharge. Credit cards payments attract a 1% surcharge.
Premises are to be vacated no later than 11am. Late check out fees will apply at a rate of $50 per hour for every hour past check out time. Houses are available for entry from 2pm onwards. Prior arrangements can be made for late check outs or earlier check ins. A charge may apply for this service.
The premises are expected to left in a clean and tidy state and as they were found on arrival. Garbage is expected to be deposited in the bins provided and bins are to be left on the kerb for collection. Rubbish days are Wednesdays. Excessive cleaning and excessive garbage charges will apply.
Guests are responsible for the loss or damage of the property including fittings, fixtures, inventory and any other items whether accidental or otherwise. Damages will be charged to your account at the discretion of the manager.
Boreen Point Real Estate and the Owners of the property accept no liability for loss of guests personal property or any personal injury that may occur as a result of the use of the premises or any item on the premises. Guests are advised that all entry is at the guests risk and any equipment left on the premises is to operated at the guests risk. Boreen Point Real Estate and the Owners of the property are also not responsible for any power failures or any loss, damage or injury as a result of power failures, electrical breakdowns, storms, floods, wear and tear or any other unforeseen and unexpected events nor are they responsible for personal injury claims made as a result of their actions in using any equipment provided on the premises or from any improvements on the property (including buildings and infrastructure) or within the grounds of the property. Guest are asked to report any matters which affect the full enjoyment of the property as soon as possible. We advocate to deal with any problems that arise in a diligent and professional manner as soon as practicable. Claims for compensation will not be considered.
Guests are asked not to smoke inside the premises and not to light any naked flames, candles, incense within the buildings or on the premises unless a safe container has been provided to do so.
Guests are asked not to interfere or remove any smoke alarm batteries and are asked to report any problems to the agent immediately.
Guests are advised that water is provided by a water tank storage on site. You are expected to minimise your water usage. Any usage that is considered extreme by the manager will be charged at $150 for a part tank refill. Likewise all sewerage systems are septics or pump outs. Foreign materials, chemicals or other items are not to be placed in these sytems. Damages will be charged accordingly. If water tanks empty during your stay every effort will be made to refill the tanks at the earliest possible opportunity. No claims will be considered when water tanks empty by fault, usage or under any other circumstances.
Guests will be charged a $50 fee for after hour lock outs. Any loss or damage to keys and any subsequent lock replacements will be charged to the guests account.
Guests are required to leave credit card details prior to entry to a property. If no credit card is provided than a bond of $500 will be required which will be refunded in full to a nominated bank account after the property has been cleaned and checked.
Tariffs are current as per the tariff sheet, brochure and website, and are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is accepted for errors or omissions contained on this website, its links, any brochures or tariff sheets.
Guests are reminded of the quiet nature of the village and its surrounds. Guests are asked to respect the privacy of others and to keep noise levels to a minimum. No responsibility will be taken for the disturbances or inconveniences caused by other people. Noise pollution is an offence and is regulated by the Police. Call 000.
Any breaches of the above terms and conditions or failure to comply with the managers directions will see the tenancy terminated immediately with no refund for time unused.
Cancellations.
All cancellations attract a $50 cancellation fee. Outside 3 months....full refund less $50 administration fee. Inside 3 months.....a refund will be given if we successfully re- let the property less a cancellation fee of $50 less any shortfall in the re-let rate. No refund will be given if cancelled 2 weeks or earlier, prior to your arrival.
Changes to a booking are allowed once without penalty. Any further changes will attact a $25 administration fee.

By ticking acceptance of these terms and conditions you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions so stated above. Payment of a deposit and/or acceptance of keys for entry is also deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
