TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions shall be valid and binding on all occupants, whether signed by each occupant/guest or not, and represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any oral or written representation by any party.
2. Guests shall comply at all times with Body Corporate By-Laws (if applicable) and with any other rules governing the behaviour and activities of guests.
3. Guests shall not create or permit any noise or nuisance, which is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of any other person occupying adjoining premises.
4. The premises shall at all times be kept clean and tidy and free of litter and shall not be damaged by guests. Guests shall be responsible for the cost of rectification of any damage to the premises or contents. Guests will accept the determination of Noosa Parade Pty Ltd as to the cost of rectifications. Where a bond has been paid, such monies shall be applied towards rectification of any damage to the premises or contents.
5. No bird or animal shall be kept on the premises.
6. Guests shall use the car park identified for the relevant premises only and not interfere with the lawful use of the property by any person. In all apartments there is one car park only.
7. No liability is accepted in contract or lost for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the agent or owners control, or which are not caused by neglect or default by the Agent or the Owner.
8. Any extra items (e.g. cots, high-chairs etc) are payable at the cost of the guest.
9. Any unpaid accounts (e.g. telephone accounts, hiring charges, shall be charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are made.
10. Please ensure that the property be left in a clean and tidy condition on your departure. Charges may be incurred if extra cleaning is required. If linen is missing from the property on departure a charge will be made to your credit card.
