Terms and Conditions

On Arrival

Tariffs include linen. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. When a booking has been confrimed by receipt of a deposit the tariff will be honoured. The tariff applies 1 - 4 persons.
Maximuim 1 extra person (child under 12) $30.00 per night.

Deposit
To confirm a booking a deposit of 50% is required .

Payment
The balance of the account is payable on arrival and is not subject to refund. Payment may be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.

Refund
If a booking is cancelled, 28 days notice must be given in high season and 14 days at other times. In high season the Apartment must be relet for the entire duration of the cancelled booking before a refund will be made. An administration fee of $50 will be charged on all cancellations. There is no refund for early departure.

Please Note:
Unit allocation is at the discretion of the management. Where possible management will allocate requested units, but offer no guarantee other than at the same level or better. All bookings are subject to the agreement of the owner of the apartment.

Cots and highchairs are available for hire.
