Montana Palms Resort Overview

Set amongst established gardens, Montana Palms Resort, offers fully self contained, spacious, clean and affordable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments perfect for family accommodation. All apartments include fully equiped kitchens with laundry facilities, large living areas and 2 balconies. All apartments have free wifi and secure basement car parking. All linen is supplied and changed weekly for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Beach towels are available from Reception for $5 each per stay.

Our facilities include a 16m tiled and seasonally heated swimming pool, a heated spa and a BBQ area with ample seating. Mermaid Beach patrolled surf beach is 2 minute stroll away at the end of the street with Mermaid Beach Surf Club offering excellent value for money meals in a friendly casual atmosphere. Threre are multiple eateries within a few minutes walk including the award winning Cafe Hedges and BamBam Bakehouse.

Montana Palms Resort has apartments situated on ground,1st and 2nd floors and does not have a lift.We will do our best to place you in an apartment on the floor of your choice, however we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular apartment for your stay.

Transport to all theme parks can be arranged from our doorstep and we can book your tours and theme park tickets and airport transfers at Reception. You can walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the Star Casino, the Oasis Shopping Centre, Kurrawa Surf Club and the eateries of central Broadbeach.

Please note Montana Palms Resort does not accept schoolies booking and we have a strict no party policy.

Check-in time is 2-pm.
Check-out is 10-am

Please advise us if you will be arriving outside of office hours so that we can provide an after hours check-in for you.

WHERE YOU FIND US

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your online booking is only confirmed subject to apartment availability and once a 20% deposit has been successfully processed.
The remaining charges must be paid by credit card, direct bank transfer or cash on or before arrival date.
Please contact us for direct deposit account details or to make payments towards you remaining balance.

On arrival you must provide identification and a valid credit card. A $200.00 security deposit will be collected at check-in and is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during your stay.

Please note Montana Palms Resort does not accept bookings from school leavers attending schoolies events.

CancellationPolicy:

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date will recieve a refund of their deposit minus a $40.00 administration fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit their deposit.
No shows or cancellations on or after arrival date will be charged 100% of the cost of the booking.
No refunds are given for early departure for any reason.

We recommend you take out travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances and contact us if your travel plans change.


Terms and Conditions of Occupancy:

Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt.
The guest will be liable for any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to any apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by the guest.
The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Guests must only park cars in car spaces designated by their apartment number.
Only the number of people shown on the booking may stay in the apartment overnight
No animals or pets are to be brought onto the complex.
Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex.
The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. Building by-laws are available upon request.The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning any guest fails to comply.
There is no refund for early departure.
The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.
The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any mis-description of the apartment.
The guest authorizes the Manager to charge provided credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document.
If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorized to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guest and the removal of guest’s property.
